The build out of the BBQ is done, and new appliances installed. We are now focusing on the finishing touches including paint, tile installation, and lighting.

When my clients set out to purchase a second home for their family they had already fallen in love with Arizona, and specifically the Paradise Valley area. Paradise Valley is a community best known for its luxurious residential and resort properties, high-end restaurants and shopping, and its affluent but down-to-earth community. It is perfect for this family's lifestyle. They have two school-aged kids and the cutest pup.

A lot has happened this past week, I’m actually happy with the design direction of this outdoor island BBQ and Bare area in my backyard. BUT as with any construction project there will be some “pivots” when ironing out the details in the planning and design stage.
