Casual Elegance for Modern Living
Interior Designer for Phoenix & Scottsdale
Designing a home in the Valley is a big step. Whether you are a homeowner, a builder, or an architect, you deserve a hands-on and detail-focused design approach. As your professional interior designer, we eliminate your guesswork and guide you through the design process with clarity, creativity, and experience, so you can enjoy both the journey and the result.
A well-designed home should feel as good as it looks: comfortable, refined, and deeply personal.
Suzanne, Owner & Designer
I design warm, modern homes with a sense of casual elegance throughout Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix area. Whether you’re building from the ground up or reimagining a home you’ve lived in for years, I guide the process with clear communication, thoughtful decisions, and close attention to every detail. The result is a home that feels polished, personal, and beautifully suited to the way you live.

5 month Renovation of my dream house
My general contractor recommended Suzanne Rugg for the interior design. She had designed another house up the street from mine, and it was brilliant - modern, light, elegant. I let Suzanne make a lot of choices without my input. The result is absolutely perfect.
I have my dream house!
DAVE AND NANCY ZULUAGA
Wow! A huge Thank You to Suzi Rugg and her team for handing over to us a beautifully renovated home that we love and feel comfortable in from the moment we walked in.
She met with us on multiple occasions; first to understand our desires and needs for the renovation, and next to choose both indoor and outdoor furniture and area rugs. Then, she came to our home with a selection of paint colors, flooring materials, and stone countertop choices that would coordinate with it all and, not only connected us with the contractor extraordinaire who would facilitate the remodel but was the liaison between his services and her own.
We did not live in Arizona at the time so all of the next steps took place via online and telephone communications, where she offered photos of many options for finishing pieces, lighting and art.
We arrived just 10 months later to a completely finished home of our personal choices, making the transitional move to Arizona uncomplicated, stressless, and joyful.
Suzie is a pleasure to work with. She listens, understands, and works diligently to fulfill your dream with flair and an eye for beauty.
