An outdoor living space is more than a separate space from your home, but rather an extension of your home. It can be as simple or elaborate as you want by simply making room for seating, to providing an all-inclusive entertaining space.

In my opinion every home and commercial building should incorporate Universal Design. If you’re not familiar with Universal Design, it is the is the design of environments (including buildings and products) in order to make them accessible to all, regardless of age, disability or any other factor.

A comfortably luxurious, well-styled Airbnb listing is more likely to get consistent bookings, sell for high rates, and get happier, more satisfied reviews from guests who book with you again and again.

Success, productivity and joy go hand in hand. Your home can bring you happiness or stress, and it affect how you feel when you're in your space. Is it dark and over-cluttered? Clutter over stimulates your nervous system, and causes all of your senses to work overtime; which can be taxing. It refocuses our attention on things that don’t matter. Clutter is frustrating and it makes relaxing impossible.
