Located in Rio Verde, a golf community in North Scottsdale, this home was designed in a modern Mediterranean style. It was designed for a couple who purchased their Rio Verde golf course property as a second home, with plans to make it their future retirement retreat.
We reimagined the interiors from top to bottom, layering in new furnishings and décor to reflect their love of relaxed, refined living. The design balances elegant Pueblo and Mediterranean influences with a fresh, modern approach, tailored for both entertaining and unwinding.
The couple enjoys golf, biking, hiking, swimming, and local wine tastings with friends, so creating spaces that support both social gatherings and quiet, everyday moments was key.
The result is a personalized getaway designed for now, and thoughtfully planned for years to come.
